Location and Parking

Flinders Landing Apartments is located on the 'Paris-end' of Flinders Lane, one of the CBD's most sought after areas, destined to become your first choice for Melbourne accommodation.

All the excitement of Hosier Lane, Federation Square, The Melbourne Theatre Company, the Arts Centre, The Forum Theatre, Southgate and Crown Entertainment Complex surrounds you, while dozens of amazing bars, restaurants and cafes are all at your doorstep. The historic Flinders Street Station, St Pauls Cathedral, Bourke St Mall and Emporium Shopping Centre are just a short stroll away.

In addition to this Rod Laver Arena, the MCG and Etihad stadium are all within walking distance. If you're looking to do just about anything in Melbourne, this is the place to be.

We have an arrangement with Wilson's 'Flinders Gate' Parking complex at 195 Flinders Lane. Points of entry and exit are available from 195 Flinders Lane and 172-192 Flinders Street. The Flinders Lane entrance is about 50 meters past our property on your left-hand side. There are three 10 minute zones in front of the property for loading, unloading and check-in. The car parking is arranged with reception and in exchange for the ticket that you receive upon entering the car park you will receive an exit ticket for your departure.

The cost is $30 per 24 hours and per exit. Multiple exits will incur multiple charges. Parking spaces are, of course, subject to availability. Our staff are able to direct you to alternate locations upon request.
